Nice chat with Sh last night. She reports a bump on the eye from walking into a door. Haven't spoken with her for several nights.

88.9 kilos. 600 calories on the machine at the gym. Still this funny feeling along the top of my head.

Exercise Later

Was up until almost midnight talking with Sh last night. In consequence, I was too tired to get up at 5:30 for the morning shift, so I went after work. A bit busy but I got a good machine. 600 calories. 89.5 kilos.

Interesting stuff at work. Working on two things.

Sh is definitely going to the hospital in Kent, so I have been looking around for a place to stay in the area. think I have found it ... a nice farmhouse. Seems to be plenty of nice walks in the area. I'm looking forward to going there in May.
